Samsung needed to communicate the value of its newest foldables; not just as luxury gadgets, but as powerful, AI-driven tools for productivity and personal expression. To hit premium and tech-savvy consumers in Nigeria, the campaign needed to educate attendees on the devices’ advanced functionality, while also creating excitement and urgency around pre-orders.

Strategy

Sodium Brand Solutions crafted an event-led experience anchored by a Globacom masterclass, held at Glo’s corporate headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos. The strategy combined deep product education (AI features, design innovations, camera functionality) with powerful incentives; including 18 GB of free data from Glo and high-value gifts for early pre-orders.

The event aimed to drive both awareness and conversion, while positioning Samsung as a next-gen tech brand with local relevance.

Masterclass Launch Event

We hosted a curated event attended by Glo subscribers, Samsung executives, tech media, and high-net-worth guests. Attendees got private demos of the Z Fold7’s ultra-thin design, AI-enhanced multitasking capabilities, and the Flip7’s edge-to-edge FlexWindow.

Pre-Order Promotion
